Hilary Lloyd's exhibition Very High Frequency opened at Studio Voltaire in Clapham in September 2025. Lloyd shows her video works on monitors and screens that she arranges as part of the installation, and the former chapel was set out with wall-mounted and suspended screens, a sheer hanging curtain and a low reflective platform.
KitMapper supported the install week from 1 to 5 September, working closely with the artist and Studio Voltaire's exhibitions team. We supplied crew and AV equipment and set up the screens, and rigged an 8m length of Global Truss F33 across the gallery at 3.75m on wall mounts, carrying the suspended elements of the work.
When the show closed in January 2026, Studio Voltaire's technicians took down the AV and a crew of four from KitMapper de-rigged the truss, lowering it with two Genie Superlift SLA15 material lifts under a written lifting plan, before collecting all of the equipment later that week.
