After a year-long refurbishment and expansion, The Mosaic Rooms reopened its doors in Kensington last month with upgraded public spaces and facilities, a renewed organisational chapter (now operating as an independent charity), and a fresh programme. The refreshed building and welcome has been widely celebrated as a real step forward for accessibility and visitor experience, without losing the organisation's sharp curatorial focus.
We're proud that KitMapper supported this new chapter by supplying and installing the LED wall for Bouchra Khalili's The Circle (from The Circle Project), a synchronised two-channel video installation.
Huge congratulations to the Mosaic Rooms team on a brilliant reopening and the hugely successful first public UK solo exhibition by the French–Moroccan artist Khalili – London's cultural landscape is stronger for having them back.
