If your kit is subject to an incident during the hire period, we guarantee that we will:
- Reimburse you either the full replacement cost as declared for that piece of kit, or the actual cost of replacing or repairing lost or damaged kit
- Pay you up to 30 days' worth of hire charges for any kit you are unable to rent as a result of such an incident at the daily rate for which it was rented.
The guarantee given above relates only to the kit as listed and described on the relevant KitMapper listing page and is at all times subject to:
- An incident happening during the agreed hire period: from 'kit received' being pressed by the renter, to the time the 'kit received' button is pressed by the Lister
- You providing us sufficient evidence it is your kit
- You notifying us of the incident within 24 hours of it actually happening
